INFORMATION ON PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

 

Under Article 13 of Legislative Decree. nr. 196/2003 – Codex regarding the protection of personal data (the “Privacy Code”), TipTop tour operator based in Arezzo, Via Oberdan 8 provides all its website users the following information on the use of personal data
The personal data processed by the company are collected directly from the website users or at TipTop office when a request of quotation occurs or when a tourist service is purchased.
Personal data collected in the registration forms for different uses (newsletters, request of information or quotation) and / or those that may be collected during website navigation, as well as the data collected at TipTop office in connection with specific transactions or products required by the Customer, will be processed for the following purposes:

a) to carry out all the necessary operations to execute the orders received by the customers; to comply with legal obligations

b) to send information or commercial promotions (newsletter or personal e-mails)A specific and expressed consent declaration is required by law to process customer’s data (with the exclusion of what law calls “sensitive data”) for the purposes indicated on point “b”. The consent is not mandatory for purposes listed on point “a”

Personal data may be disclosed to external companies or third parties authorised to act on our behalf for the purposes of:

a) collecting and processing of personal data

b) sending newsletter

These partners will process the customers’ personal data as independent holders. The personal data processed by our partners are not object of dissemination.

Finally, we ‘d like to inform you that, pursuant to Section 7 Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, a data subject may exercise specific rights. In particular, a data subject shall have the right to obtain from the Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exist and communication of such data in intelligible form.
A data subject shall have the right to obtain cancellation, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, as well as updating, rectification or, where interested herein, integration of the data.
The rights referred to in Section 7 may be exercised by making written request to TipTop’s legal office.
