From the mill to the plate

The tour will start from the cellar and will continue to the stone mill where you will learn about the milling process.

You will then reach the farm to start your cooking class.

You will take in more about the ingredients and the secrets for perfect local recipes. At the end you could taste the dishes you prepared paired with the farm's wines.
