Craft brewery experience in the Casentino

€ 35.00 per person

background photo 2.jpg

The Casentino is the forested mountain valley of the upper Arno river, north of Arezzo — a place of ancient abbeys, fir forests, and, increasingly, some of the most interesting artisan food and drink in the region. One of its best-kept secrets is a craft brewery installed in a restored 1800s farmhouse, producing beers from local ingredients with nothing in common with industrial brewing.

The experience lasts 2 hours. A master brewer walks you through the production process — malting, hopping, fermentation, bottle conditioning — in the working laboratory where the beer is actually made. Then comes the tasting: six different beers, from the lightest to the most structured, paired with a generous board of Tuscan cured meats, schiacciata flatbread, and a house-made dessert from the brewery.

Perfect for craft beer enthusiasts, groups of friends, corporate team-building events, and anyone who wants to discover that Tuscany is not just a wine region.
