The countryside around Arezzo is quieter than the more famous Tuscan routes. Fewer tour buses, fewer crowds — just oak groves, rolling fields and a landscape that changes slowly with the seasons. Seeing it from horseback has something that no other form of transport quite replicates: a pace that makes you actually look at things, and the particular sensation of moving through a landscape the way people moved through it for centuries.
The ride lasts 2 hours and is accompanied by a qualified instructor throughout. It's suitable for complete beginners — the pace is always adapted to the group, and there's no assumption of prior experience. Maximum 3 participants per outing, which means it stays personal.
